The Emmenthalar Sausage is a completely different ball game here. We’re talking about a longer size and higher cheese content. In a pack of 200gm, you will find 4 straight sausages stuffed in an edible collagen casing. The sausage tastes moderately salty, with cheese cubes in it and there is a smokey taste. The combination of the cheese with smoked pork will definitely add some kick into your meal, whatever it is!
Last, but definitely not least, is our best-selling Mini Cheese Sausage. It has the highest cheese content amongst our range. Furthermore, it is stuffed in natural sheep casing, making it even more crunchy. Everyone who tried it will like the initial snap when biting through the sausage. It has a strong cheese flavour and a very inviting pork flavour. Do not mistake it with the unpleasant porky notes that turn head away.
