César Nieto Ibérico Bellota Cured Ham +48 Months 80gm is an Ibérico cured ham from Spain.

The Ibérico Bellota Ham is the finest ham in the world! It is obtained from Ibérico pigs that are fed on a natural acorn-based diet, with a proportion of oleic acid exceeding 56% in its marbled fat. The high oleic acid content of its fats makes it soft and light, resulting in a ham that “melts” in the mouth. 

This ham is hand-sliced by a professional Master slicer to preserve the flavour and aroma of the ham while also giving the dish a perfect presentation.
