Pork Sandwich Ham has always been our local favourite when it comes to cooked deli meats. The squarish shape fits snuggly in between 2 slices of bread that can be packed into any lunch box for our kids. The quality ingredients used ensures that all our customers get the most meat content rather than starch.
The Picnic Ham is another good choice for sandwiches. The shape is round and it tastes similar to our Pork Sandwich ham. It’s made of fully lean meat with brine added and cooked in a round mould. The name itself derived from the Pork Cut “Picnic Ham”, which is not the actual “Ham” of a pig. This is because the word “Ham” refers to the hind leg of the pig.

Lastly we have on sale here is the Canadian Ham. This cold cut is made from our choice minced meat and then smoked for taste. It’s pre-sliced for convenience. Great for sandwiches and antipasto. You will find the ham tastes like the picnic ham but with a slight kick of smokiness. This is also apparent on its appearance: a brown colour smoke ring on the outlet layer. This is perfect for adults who like a hint of smokiness in their sandwich or ham appetizers.
