Solisege Honey Cured Ham is made with whole muscle meat without any artificial binders. The meat is brined with a mixture of salt and honey before being fitted into a square mould to set its shape. It is a non-smoked ham so you can really taste the savouriness and slight hint of sweetness in the slices!
