𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:​

• Premium Spiral Bierwurst, 500 g
• Olive oil, 1 tbsp
• Round bread
• Caramelized onions, ½ cup
• Burger sauce

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:​

1. Pour the olive oil in a cast iron skillet (optional), then add the sausage.
2. Bake for 20 minutes at 150°C in a preheated oven.
3. Burger sauce: combine 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tsp ketchup, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tsp sugar, and a pinch of black pepper.
4. Cut the round bread in half, spread on the burger sauce, and top with caramelised onions and cooked sausage.
5. Enjoy the big sausage burger.
