Our shipping service provider will contact you when the rider has reached the premise. If you are not there to receive the items, the following options are available:
The rider may leave the items at a secure location as instructed by you through our shipping service provider’s customer service, and this will act as the official handover of the delivery. As the products are highly perishable, you are advised to collect the package as soon as possible. We are not responsible for the spoilage of the items due to inappropriate handling on your part.
Otherwise, should you not respond or it is absolutely not possible for you or someone to receive the items on behalf of you, the items will not be delivered and the order will not be refunded.
