FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Is there minimum purchase for delivery?

Yes. There is a minimum purchase of RM80 for delivery, not including discounts and shipping charges.

2. Can I go and pick up the products myself?

Yes. You can opt for pick up at the checkout page.

Then, pick a date and time for when you want to pick up the items. The pick up location will be our factory.

3. Can I return the product if it is spoiled before I open it?

Yes, you may contact us to proceed with a refund.

4. Can I pay with my eWallet?

Yes, you can make payments with your eWallet at the checkout page.

5. Can I schedule my delivery in advance?

Yes, you can. Just state the time and date that you want your products to arrive at the checkout page. 

6. Can you deliver the products to someone else for me?

Yes. Just fill in the shipping address with the location you want the items to be delivered to.

7. What happens when the products are delivered when I’m not at home?

Our shipping service provider will contact you when the rider has reached the premise. If you are not there to receive the items, the following options are available:

  1. The rider may leave the items at a secure location as instructed by you through our shipping service provider’s customer service, and this will act as the official handover of the delivery. As the products are highly perishable, you are advised to collect the package as soon as possible. We are not responsible for the spoilage of the items due to inappropriate handling on your part.
  2. Otherwise, should you not respond or it is absolutely not possible for you or someone to receive the items on behalf of you, the items will be left at your door front or the guard house and the order will not be refunded.
8. How much are the delivery charges?

9. Can I transfer my points to a friend?

Unfortunately no, you cannot. 

However, if you wish to treat your friend, you can purchase gift cards from our store and send it to your friend.

10. Can I delete my account?

Unfortunately you will not be able to do that. 

However, you may contact us and let us know the reason you want to delete your account and we will proceed with it accordingly.

11. What is the shelf life of the products?

Frozen products will have a 1-year shelf life from its production dates, while Chilled products will have a 6-months shelf life from its production dates. We practise First In First Out (FIFO) at our factory so that we do not keep old stocks. Every product will have its expiry date stated on its packaging.
