Quick and easy savoury ham muffin that is made in one mixing bowl. It has a light and fluffy flavour and is ideal for a Christmas party snack or breakfast.

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:​

• English Roasted Ham, 150g
• Baby spinach, 1 cup
• Egg, 1 pc
• Milk, 1 cup
• Melted butter, 1 tbsp
• Plain flour, 150g
• Baking powder, 1 tsp
• Salt, ½ tsp
• Ground black pepper, ½ tsp
• Shredded cheese, 1½  cup

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:​

1. Cut the ham and baby spinach into small pieces.
2. Combine the egg, milk, and melted butter.
3. Stir in plain flour, baking powder, salt, and ground black pepper.
4. Mix in 1 cup of shredded cheese.
5. Pour the batter into the paper cup and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
6. Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C in the oven.
