Instructions:

  1. Chop the onion and bell peppers into small pieces.
  2. Make some cuts on each pork cocktail.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the pork cocktail until golden brown, then add the onion and cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the bell peppers and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Combine the sauce ingredients thoroughly. Pour the sauce into the pan and stir to coat evenly. Serve with rice.
