Cecinas Pablo Sliced Salchichon is an iconic flavour of the region, stuffed in natural tripes and pointing out the lightly smoked flavor using oak or holm oak wood. We skin-pack it with an approximate weight of 150g.

Generally, the preparation process takes the following steps:

  • Mincing and preparing the mass, choosing the best of the fresh lean pork
  • Then, the stuffing is always in a natural casing
  • During the drying and curing process, slow air cures the meat in our natural dryers for a short time
