DON™ Mild Hungarian. A Hungarian salami made to DON™’s traditional recipe. Moreover, it is offered as a convenient 100g sliced packet – perfect for antipasto platters, charcuterie board or simply eat it on its own!
To serve these beautiful slices of salami, we recommend taking them out of the fridge beforehand. Then, set it at the counter for 30 minutes to let it rest in room temperature. Consequently, the flavours and aromas will have time to be released from the meat. Of course, if you are using it as a cooking ingredient, you may use it straight out of the packet without the resting.
If you know you might not finish the whole pack at one go, you may just take out the portion you need. Then, keep the rest in a well-sealed container and put it back into the chiller. Similarly, if you have a vacuum packing device at home, you should use it to remove the air in the container/bag. As a result, the salami will last longer and remain fresher.
