  1. Apple Cinnamon Sausage: A fresh pork sausage with apple chunks and cinnamon spices that is full of coarse meat. Excellent for a nutritious breakfast fry-up. If you’re feeling particularly inventive, you can remove the casing and shape the sausage into burger patties! It is moderately salty with an apple flavour that Malaysians enjoy. The unsmoked sausages are light in color, and its tender and succulent texture won’t disappoint you.
  2. English Cumberland Sausage: A fresh sausage made with half fine and half coarse cut meat. An excellent option for a healthy breakfast fry up and awesome as burger  patties. With a mild saltiness and a delicious Marjoram flavor, the unsmoked sausages appear pale with a tender and flavorful texture.
  3. Herbs Garden Sausage: A fresh sausage with a mix of herbs like thyme, rosemary, basil, and oregano. The meat is full and coarse. It’s one of the most popular choices! It can be pan-fried and paired with anything you prefer. What’s more, you can satisfy your burger cravings by removing the skin and molding it into patties.  As it is named, the Herbs Garden Sausage is rich with thyme and rosemary, with a salty taste. Unsmoked, the sausage is light coloured with an enjoyable crunchy skin. 
  4. Pork Jalapeño Sausage: Whole fresh coarse meat sausage with dried chilli and dried mango, giving it an orange hue. It has a distinctive, pleasant aroma that will guarantee a second serving! Excellent for making a nutritious breakfast with the all natural ingredients stuffed in natural hog casing. The Pork Jalapeno Sausage is salty, spicy, and sweetened with dried mango. It is not smoked, so when properly prepared, the texture is tender and succulent and the skin is crisp.
  5. Walnut & Parsley Sausage: Fresh sausage made with coarsely ground meat, walnuts, and dried parsley. Excellent for making a nutritious breakfast with the all-natural ingredients stuffed in natural hog casing. This Sausage has a salty taste, as well as walnut and a hint of parsley flavour.     1. Remember to completely thaw the meat before cooking it. 
    2. Chilled products: Place them in their original packaging on a plate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
      Frozen products: Place them on a plate in the refrigerator overnight (12-24 hours).
    3. Feel the product to see if it is ready for cooking. If the meat is not hard to touch or easily bendable, cook away!

The fresh sausages are versatile. First, remove the sausages from its packaging and snip off the links. This is because the sausages are stuffed in a continuous pig intestine and twisted into equal size links. Then, at this point, you can choose to remove the casing and mould the sausage into balls or patties. If not, just leave it as it is.
