Crispy sausage pinwheels that are easier to make than they appear. You’re gonna love it when you make it!
We used bechamel sauce in this recipe, but it would also be great with pizza sauce or pesto sauce. Following this recipe, you can make 24 pieces of sausage pinwheels.

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- English Cumberland Sausage, 200g
- Puff pastry, 2 sheets
- Olive oil, 1 tbsp
- ½ Onion, diced
- Bechamel sauce, 1 cup
- Shredded cheese, 1 cup
- Egg, 1pc
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Remove the sausage casing.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir-fry the onion until fragrant.
- Stir in the sausage and cook until done. Set aside.
- Spread bechamel sauce on puff pastry sheet, top with shredded cheese and cooked sausage, and roll up.
- Cut it into 12 pieces and brush with egg. Repeat the steps.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C in the oven.
