Ingredients
- 500g pork jalapeno sausage
- ¼ cup chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 500g baby potato
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 cup canned sweetcorn, drained
- 1 tbsp spring onions, chopped
Instructions:
- Mix sausages with chilli sauce and honey, place them in the baking tray.
- Put the onion slices on top of the sausages, and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- Boil potatoes for 12-15 mins until tender and drain. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat, cut potatoes in half and pan frying until golden brown.
- Mix the mayonnaise, plain yogurt, sweetcorn and spring onions. Add in the potatoes and mix well. Serve sticky sausages with potato salad.
