The first flavour that all local taste buds would love is the Pork Jalapeno Sausage. It has a sweet taste at the first bite followed by a subtle heat from the chillies. The sweetness comes from dried mango bits which also gives the sausage a tint of orange.

Next up, it’s the Herbs Garden Sausage. As the name suggests, it has a number of herbs like thyme, rosemary, basil and oregano. It’s one of the most popular choices amongst us! You can pan-fry it for breakfast or pair it with anything you like.

Last but not least, is the Walnut & Parsley Sausage. This sausage has quite an acquired subtle taste. The walnuts are ground and added to the minced meat together with dried parsley flakes. The flavour is less strong compared to the previous 2, but if you love the nutty notes of walnut, you shouldn’t pass on this.
