It’s a fusion of western and Chinese cuisine that we simply love.
A combination of fresh mushroom aroma and fatty streaky bacon. It’s flavorful and goes well with rice.
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Non-Smoked Streaky Bacon, 300 gm
- Enoki mushrooms, 2 packs
- Soy sauce, 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce, 1 tbsp
- Sugar, 1 tsp
- Ground white pepper, 1 tsp
- Water, 4 tbsp
- Cornstarch, 1 tsp
- Scallions
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Wash and remove the bottom part of the enoki mushrooms.
- Cut and split the enoki mushrooms (thickness based on preferences).
- Wrap the enoki mushrooms in bacon and cook them in a pan over medium heat. Grill until golden brown on both sides.
- Combine the sauce ingredients: soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, ground white pepper, water, and cornflour.
- Pour the sauce into the pan, cover with a lid, and steam for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with scallions and serve.
