𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Herbs Garden Sausage, 200 gm
- Scallions, 2 tbsp
- Red onion, ½ pc
- Wonton skin
- Green onion (boiled)
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Remove the sausage casing and mix with the scallions and red onion.
- Put the fillings on the wonton skin and wrap it tightly.
- Use a green onion as a strip to tie up the wonton. Note: To use as a strip, boil the green onion until soft.
- Deep fry the golden money bags until golden brown over low heat.
- Serve with mayonnaise or your favourite sauce.
