Dressing
- 120 g cream cheese
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Ingredients
- Baguette loaf, sliced
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 Tomatoes, sliced
- 150g Honey Baked Ham, sliced
- Basil leaves
Instructions:
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Butter each side of the French bread slices and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 5 min or until the bread is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, sour cream and Dijon mustard. Beat until smooth. Slice the ham into half slices.
- Once the bread has completely cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture over it and top with the tomato slices and ham slices.
- Garnish with basil, serve immediately and enjoy it!
