Continental Breakfast Sausage 200gm

Classic fine cut sausage that is smoke-free. We usually use it for breakfast fry ups, pairing it with some streaky bacon and eggs. It is a good choice of sausage if you are looking for non-smoke alternatives. This product also has a bigger 500gm packing.

The Continental Breakfast Sausage 200gm tastes more mellow compared to other sausages and it is not smoked at all. It is also more tender than other sausages with the same collagen casing. The sausage is light in colour as it is the natural colour of cooked pork.

To prepare the meat for cooking, remember to let it thaw completely. For chilled products, place the product in its original package on a plate in room temperature for 30 minutes. For frozen products, place the product on a plate in the fridge overnight (12-24 hours). To check if the product is ready for cooking, touch it to feel. If the meat is not hard to touch or is easily bendable like fresh meat, it will be ready for cooking.
