Hungarian Sausage 200gm

A natural hog casing sausage that contains bacon and caraway seeds. It goes through the natural smoking process for 20 minutes to obtain a perfect taste. More often than not, we use it for BBQ’s or sausage platters.

The Hungarian Sausage 200gm tastes salty and has a significant flavour of bacon. This is because we mix in bacon bits in the sausage. Besides, it has a more chewy texture than a regular sausage because the meat used is less fine. Due to natural smoking, the casing will sometimes have uneven colour which is nothing to worry about.

To prepare the meat for cooking, remember to let it thaw completely. For chilled products, place the product in its original package on a plate in room temperature for 30 minutes. For frozen products, place the product on a plate in the fridge overnight (12-24 hours). To check if the product is ready for cooking, touch it to feel. If the meat is not hard to touch or is easily bendable like fresh meat, it will be ready for cooking.
