German Valley Sausage 200gm. Originally from a small town in Germany named Pfungstadt. Made with natural hog casing and smoked for taste. Used for BBQs or sausage platters.

The German Valley Sausage is one of our specialty sausages which uses natural hog casing. The taste is salty and has a smoky flavour. In terms of texture, it has a chewy mouthfeel and a crunchy skin. Due to the natural smoking process, the golden-brown skin sometimes may have white spots because it didn’t come in contact with the smoke.
