Spiral Bierwurst. This remarkable spiral sausage is made with a staggering amount of real Irish dry stout and 100% pork, infused with exotic spices. Be ready to indulge in a blissful experience of intense aroma followed by tantalising juiciness from the meat. You’re thinking, is this really that good? We would explain more but we’re busy getting seconds!

How to cook that?
You will find the sausage to be pre-cooked and in a coil format which makes it easy to just defrost and put into the oven for heating.

Just defrost the sausage in room temperature for 60 minutes and then pre-heat your baking oven at 150 Degree Celcius. Recommended heating time is 20 minutes. Drizzle some olive oil on the baking pan to avoid sticking.
