𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Walnut Parsley Sausage, 200g
- Dried parsley, 1 tsp
- Puff pastry, 1 sheet
- Egg, 1pc
- Rosemary and red ribbon for decoration
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Remove the sausage casing and combine it with the dried parsley.
- Roll the pastry sheet flat and place the sausage on it.
- Roll up and brush the edge with the egg to seal.
- Cut both sides off, roll it up into a circle, and place it on a baking sheet.
- Cut two thirds of the way through the sausage roll to make 10 sections and twist each piece over.
- Brush with egg.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C in the oven.
- Decorate the sausage wreath with rosemary and red ribbon.
