We made an edible Christmas wreath! It’s a sausage wreath made of puff pastry and sausage.

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:​

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:​

  1. Remove the sausage casing and combine it with the dried parsley.
  2. Roll the pastry sheet flat and place the sausage on it.
  3. Roll up and brush the edge with the egg to seal.
  4. Cut both sides off, roll it up into a circle, and place it on a baking sheet.
  5. Cut two thirds of the way through the sausage roll to make 10 sections and twist each piece over.
  6. Brush with egg.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C in the oven.
  8. Decorate the sausage wreath with rosemary and red ribbon.
