Ingredients
- ½ pc onion
- ¼ pc red, green and yellow bell peppers
- 200g pork cocktail
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce (Ketchup)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions:
- Chop the onion and bell peppers into small pieces.
- Make some cuts on each pork cocktail.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the pork cocktail until golden brown, then add the onion and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the bell peppers and cook for 2 minutes.
- Combine the sauce ingredients thoroughly. Pour the sauce into the pan and stir to coat evenly. Serve with rice.
