Cecinas Pablo Fuet 280g is a type of traditional sausage, made with natural casing, and selected pork. Vacuum packed individually in approximately 280 gram per unit.

This dry-cured sausage is made with the best fresh meat and infused with natural homemade marinades. The manufacturer then stuffs them into natural casings. After that, the sausages are tied and hung in the natural cellars in León, Spain to dry and cure slowly for the necessary time. During the curing of the Fuet, there is a light touch of smoked or oak wood to enhance its flavours.

The meat goes through a long and tedious transformation process before arriving at your hands. Hence, we are proud to present to you this amazing product of hard work, culture, and heritage.

Lean pork, glucose syrup, salt, skim MILK without lactose, flavourings, maltodextrin, dextrose, antioxidant E331iii, Spices, stabilizer E451i, preservative E250 and colour E-120.

Serving Suggestions:

We recommend to open the packaging of the Fuet and rest it in room temperature for at least half an hour before tasting it. As such, you will be able to taste all of its wonderful deep flavours. Of course, if you are using it as a culinary ingredient for cooking, you may use it right out of the packet. For example, slice them thinly and pan-fry them to get a bunch of chorizo chips, or use them on pizzas. Besides, they are also a wonderful addition to a salad or one a bruschetta!
