Cecinas Pablo Cured Meats Board 120G

Cecinas Pablo Cured Meats Board (Tabla Embutidos de Leon), is a pre-assembled mix of cured meats: Salchichon, Chorizo, and Jamon from Leon.

This dry-cured sausage is made with the best fresh meat and infused with natural homemade marinades. Then, the manufacturer then stuffs them into natural casings. After that, the sausages are tied and hung in the natural cellars in León, Spain to dry and cure slowly for the necessary time. During the curing of this Cecinas Pablo Chorizo, there is a light touch of smoked or oak wood. As a result, the sausages have enhanced smokey flavours.

After selecting and put the best pieces of ham, we started a process traditionally soft in the salted stack. Here, we give each piece the right time of salting appropriate to its size and fat. Once the salting process is over, the pieces are cleaned to take out the surface salt and go through the settlement. Consequently, this is to get the salt in and the water out.

Salchichon (20g)

Pork, glucose syrup, salt, skimmed MILK without lactose, flavourings, maltodextrin, dextrose, antioxidantE331iii, spices, emulsifier E451i, preservative E250 and colouring E120. *Smoked over oak fires.

Chorizo (20g)

Pork, paprika, salt, garlic and oregano. *Smoked over oak fires.

Ham (80g)

Pork ham, salt, sugar, preservatives (E250, E252), antioxidants (E301, E331iii).

Serving Suggestions:

Usually, we recommend opening the packaging of the Cecinas Pablo Cured Meats Board and rest it at room temperature for at least half an hour before tasting it. As such, you will be able to taste all of its wonderful deep flavours. Of course, if you want to use this as a culinary ingredient, there are a few ways to go about it. For instance, besides on a charcuterie board, you can put them on a pizza, or pan-fry them to make a bunch of Chorizo Chips. All in all, the sausage and ham board are an all-rounder product.
