Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Butter each side of the French bread slices and place on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 5 min or until the bread is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, sour cream and Dijon mustard. Beat until smooth. Slice the ham into half slices.
  4. Once the bread has completely cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture over it and top with the tomato slices and ham slices.
  5. Garnish with basil, serve immediately and enjoy it!
