Ingredients

Instructions:

  1. Mix sausages with chilli sauce and honey, place them in the baking tray.
  2. Put the onion slices on top of the sausages, and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  3. Boil potatoes for 12-15 mins until tender and drain. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat, cut potatoes in half and pan frying until golden brown.
  4. Mix the mayonnaise, plain yogurt, sweetcorn and spring onions. Add in the potatoes and mix well. Serve sticky sausages with potato salad.
