Hungarian Sausage 500gm tastes moderately salty with added bacon bits that give the sausage a rich and hearty flavour. Besides, it goes through the smoking process for at least 20 minutes. It has a more chewy texture than a regular sausage because we use ground meat that is less fine. Sometimes, the skin will have uneven colour due to the natural smoking process which is nothing to worry about.
